Edited galleries are delivered within 48 hours of the shoot as standard, via a private online link in both web and print-ready formats. Same-day social selects can be arranged for events where you need to post live.
No. Red Beard Productions is not a registered VAT vendor, so the price we quote is the amount you pay. Invoices are issued without a VAT component.
Kobus leads every shoot, working with the same small regular crew. We do not hand your event to a stranger from a booking pool.
Yes. Travel within 60 km of the Cape Town CBD is included in our quotes. Beyond that, travel and any accommodation are quoted per kilometre and agreed in writing before the shoot.
You receive full commercial usage rights for the deliverables in your brief, website, campaigns, social, print and internal use. Copyright in the underlying work stays with Red Beard as the creator, which is standard practice.
Tell us as early as you can and we will move the date where our calendar allows. For confirmed bookings cancelled at short notice, the deposit covers the day we held for you and turned other work away.
